EngTechs L.L.C. was established on 2015 in Türkiye as Engineering and Technologies solutions provider and currently its activity is transferred to Qatar since 2025. We help others to find smart solutions for their problems in addition to that; we are developing and producing high-tech prototypes which are integrated with AI.

Unlike others … we are specialized in producing general-purpose and special-purpose intelligent systems and their sub-systems from end-to-end which guaranty the integrity and the harmony among different system’s components.
Based on the Systems Science and Engineering concepts that take into consideration Reliability, Maintainability, Usability, Logistics and Supportability, Producibility, Disposability, Sustainability, and Affordability, we are developing our systems from end-to-end where this include Physical layer, Mechanical/Electromechanical layer, Electrical/Electronic layer and finally Computer layer.
Dr. Ihab ELAFF .... Founder
Dr. Ihab ELAFF is the originator and funder of EngTechs since 2015. He is Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and specialized in developing intelligent systems “from scratch” including: Intelligent Robots, Computer Vision, Computer Audition, Smart Medical Systems … etc. His Academic track started on 1997 where his main concern is how to convert scientific research into integrated solution for real life applications.
Mrs. Hadir ELAFF .... CEO
Mrs. Hadir ELAFF is the CEO of EngTechs, software developer and a researcher in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. She holds Master of Science in Computer Science and specialized in developing software applications related to AI, Database, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Processing.
